FAQs

What is Cuddle Therapy?
Cuddle Therapy is a unique and supportive way to engage in healing through touch and affection. Cuddle Therapy is about providing a safe space where you can receive the physical affection and emotional care you need. It can be as simple as a relaxing cuddle to meet your need for touch, or it can be more therapeutic, helping you process emotions in a supportive environment. Every session is flexible, and the level of touch is entirely up to you.
I’ve never done this before. What’s the right way to cuddle?
There’s no "right" or "wrong" way to cuddle—only what feels right for you! There are over 50 different ways we can cuddle, and each session is as unique as you are. You may want to talk, or you might prefer quiet moments. Some people enjoy lots of physical touch, while others prefer a more subtle approach. You might feel playful, calm, or introspective—it’s all part of discovering what works best for you.
What happens in a session?
When we begin our session, we’ll take a few moments to settle in and chat about any needs or concerns you have. Then, I’ll guide you through some relaxing breathing exercises to help you feel at ease. From there, we’ll create a cozy, nurturing environment where you can feel safe and comfortable. Our cuddle time can include eye contact, hugs, hand-holding, talking, or simply enjoying the peace in each other’s company. The session may take place in a space that feels comfortable to you—whether the floor with pillows, couch or bed. You’re always welcome to share any ideas or requests you have.
I’m afraid I might cry. Is that ok?
Absolutely—it’s completely normal, and it’s actually quite common during a session. Crying can be a powerful release, and I’m here to hold space for whatever you need to express. Allowing yourself to feel and release emotion while being supported can be deeply healing.
Can I talk during a session?
Yes, you can absolutely talk! The conversation—or silence—during our session is entirely up to you. If you want to share your thoughts, feelings, or experiences, I’m here to listen. If you prefer to stay quiet, that’s perfectly fine too. The session is yours to navigate as you wish.
Can I fall asleep?
Yes, if you feel the urge to sleep, go ahead! Many people find that the deep relaxation of Cuddle Therapy can help them unwind and drift off. If sleep is part of your healing process, it’s welcome and encouraged.
What if I feel uncomfortable or want to stop?
Your comfort and safety are my top priority. If anything feels uncomfortable at any point, please don’t hesitate to speak up. It’s important to address discomfort right away so we can adjust or stop as needed. This is your session, and it should always feel positive and supportive. If you want to end early for any reason, just let me know—I’ll fully respect your boundaries and needs.
What if I get aroused?
It’s important to understand that physical reactions like arousal can sometimes happen naturally during touch. It’s a completely normal and healthy human response, and there’s no shame in it. If it happens, we’ll acknowledge it with respect and move on. If you feel uncomfortable or awkward, you can always ask for a change of position, take a break or use a pillow in-between us.
Are we clothed in a session?
Our sessions are always platonic, non-sexual, and non-romantic, so both of us will remain fully clothed throughout. The goal is to create a nurturing, safe, and comfortable space for connection, without crossing any boundaries.
Is it really just cuddling?
Yes, it’s really just cuddling! Cuddle Therapy is about providing a space for human connection through non-sexual, non-erotic touch. Many people describe it as nurturing, comforting, calming, and peaceful. It’s about meeting your need for affection, care, and support in a gentle, healing way.
What is Healing/Revelation Breathwork?
This therapeutic breathing practice that is intended to help with emotional healing and personal growth. It’s shown to produce an altered state of consciousness. The process involves breathing at a fast rate for several minutes. This changes the balance between carbon dioxide and oxygen in the body and moves stuck energy.
Why do you play music during Breathwork?
Music is an essential part of the technique and is incorporated into the session. During a session the music can help guide and encourage you to change rhythms or go deeper into the work. Each playlist is unique to you.
Whats should I expect from my Breathwork session?
I ask that you don't have too many expectations but rather come into the practice with curious openness. We will work to set intentions that we can focus on for your session but please know, no two sessions are the same.
TESTIMONIES
"Thank you for everything, yesterday was nothing short of an amazing experience and I’m very happy I was able to be introduced and guided through it by you. This goes without saying but you are an amazing beautiful person, you’re heart is as big as they come and it’s evident that you were put on this path to help others in anyway that you can, I hope you are proud of yourself because I am and I appreciate the safe space you created for me and for trusting me as well. Looking back now I had multiple Dreams/Visions during our session and it’s absolutely incredible to see how detached I became and just allowed myself to feel. As I mentioned it was my first time actually crying about my situation and it couldn’t have gone more perfect, as I was initially scared to even do it because I felt like I would never be able to stop." - Alexis O.  [Breathwork/Cuddle Combo]
“When Anthony arrived for our session, I immediately felt calm, grounded & loving energy. I am someone who often holds others through their healing journeys, so this was a new experience for me to be held in return. Anthony was so mindful, caring & intentional to make sure I felt secure & safe in the session. He asked me my needs & desires before we began, which was incredibly liberating & healing to receive. I became quite emotional during the session, (being held can bring up a lot!), & Anthony made me feel unashamed in reassuring me that all feelings & emotions were welcome. Anthony has a powerful way of embracing others -both physically & energetically. I felt my nervous system return to a calm state & his use of breathwork during our session made the experience even more transformative. Afterward, I felt an entirely new high that was derived completely from the tender touch of a loving healer.I recommend these sessions for anyone who wants to heal their relationship to intimacy, rest & connection to others. Thank you Anthony for this memorable experience!” - Asha K.  [Cuddle Therapy]
"It's been a very long time since I've felt unafraid to feel my feelings. This breathwork practice brought me to this space of loving acceptance of myself but also it was you, the lighting, the music, & guided meditation that all worked perfectly together to help me have this amazing freeing experience. . . I was able to come face to face with myself, & actually hear & feel without filters. It felt like how real love is suppose to feel . . . safe, warm, understanding, supportive, encouraging, life-giving. I feel strong & so appreciative of myself, no longer chained to feeling like there is something I must do in order to be loved." - Lauren-Joy G.  [Breathwork Session]
"Wow! What an experience! Highly recommend to anyone struggling with their mental health. The full moon ceremony was absolutely worth the investment. First time with cacao and breathwork. I’m aware the power of the breath, but never have I worked with it in this capacity. Anthony guided us through the session supporting us as needed. He created a wonderful safe space for us to work through our individual experiences. I didn’t realize how much emotional baggage I was carrying and the release of that weight has greatly improved my physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Thank you!" - Kurt C.  [Breathwork Session]
ABOUT ANTHONY
I’ve always loved touch—it’s always been my strongest love language. As a child, I couldn’t get enough hugs, so I deeply understand the longing for more physical connection in our busy adult lives. In a world where we have more ways to connect than ever, we still often lack meaningful human touch.
I was born in Long Beach, CA, but spent most of my childhood in Missouri. Now, I’m back in Long Beach, and I couldn’t be happier to call it home. I’ve always seen the world through an optimistic lens, and I genuinely wish for “world peace”—a big dream I work toward with every cuddle session and deep breath I guide my clients through. I’ve been facilitating breathwork for four years and trained with Revelation Breathwork in 2021.
I’ve been married to my best friend for 10 eventful years, and together we share our home with Rogue, our spunky little dog who always keeps us on our toes. We both embrace a plant-based lifestyle and love exploring new restaurants with friends.
My greatest joy is creating a safe, welcoming space where people feel comfortable opening up. I’ve been told that I make it easy for others to feel at ease, and to me, that’s the highest compliment I could receive.
